What is the process of teeth whitening?
To make your custom dental whitening splints, we take impressions of your teeth. This is done easily, pain-free, and only takes minutes. Within a few days, your custom splints are ready to be fitted, and for you to be shown how to use the bleaching material. We provide a special bleaching agent that you put into your custom splints. The bleaching agent bubbles stains out of your enamel in a very short time, without altering tooth structure, or existing work, in any way. When your teeth reach the desired brightness, only occasional treatment is needed to maintain your new smile.
Benefits of Whitening:
- Corrects stains on teeth
- Corrects chemical damage on teeth such as tetracycline staining
- Can be used on people of any age with the exception of small children
- Comfortable, easy process
- Low to no sensitivity
- Entirely safe for teeth and gums
- We also offer KOR in-office whitening
For this process, we make you custom whitening splints and have you in for a jump start appointment. At this appointment, we place the special KOR whitening gel in your trays and monitor the whitening gel with several in-office applications. When you leave, you will be provided instructions on how to do more treatments at home, to get the desired whiteness of your teeth.
This whitening is a deep treatment whitening and uses a much higher concentration of the whitening gel than that of the take-home method. KOR whitening has been ranked the highest and most effective way to whiten your teeth.
